To join our Carneros Club, just print out our Member Application Form, sign and date the form, and either fax, email, or mail the form to:

After joining the Carneros Club, we will email your membership information and additional details. Your credit card will not be charged until the time of the next shipment.
(IMPORTANT PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS: When printing our Member Application Form, please be sure to check the option on your printer command que to “shrink oversize to paper size” to avoid page margin problems. If you continue to experience printing problems, please e-mail us at carnerosclub@rochewinery.com and we will be happy to send or fax you a copy of our Member Application Form)
