Stainless Steel Wine Tanks Have Arrived
Delivery of our 25 stainless steel wine tanks arrived today at our new winery just in time to welcome the arrival of our 2017 Vintage in the next two weeks. Delivered today via a fleet of semi-truck and trailers, 12 tanks from our Petaluma winery and 13 brand new tanks were welcomed to their new home at Roche Winery. These tanks were first removed with a crane and then carefully installed by hand and forklift in our fermentation building.
Also delivered with these tanks were winemaking assets from our Petaluma winery including our wine press, crusher destemmer, pumps, hopper, and sorting conveyor. The installation of these items provides one of the last major “check-off” items prior to receiving our temporary occupancy of the buildings, allowing us to move our entire winemaking operation to our new facility.
