Wine Country Wildfire Update from Roche Winery

To all of our wonderful customers,

We are so thankful for your phone calls and emails of concern and support during these devastating wildfires. Our greatest sympathy and thoughts go out to those who have suffered losses and remain threatened by this tragic event.

The fires are not yet contained and we remain focused on the safety and well-being of our friends, families, employees and communities. We are fortunate that we have already harvested our vineyards for 2017 and all of our wines and barrels remain safely stored away from the fires and smoke.

While we have been extremely impacted by these devastating fires, our downtown Sonoma tasting room, our new southern Sonoma winery facility, and our family’s vineyards have not sustained any damage at this time. Several winery staff members, friends and Roche family members have been forced to evacuate. However, we remain hopeful to be back in our homes as soon as it is safe.

Our winery office and tasting room will remain closed for the safety of our customers and staff until further notice while we support those around us. We are continuing limited shipping at this time but please bare with us in this regard.

We want to thank you all again for your concerns and your longtime support of our family-owned and family-run winery.  Sonoma, stay strong…stay safe.  Sonoma proud!

The Roche family & Winery staff
