Chef Ed Metcalfe returns to our garden patio to present a 6-Course Sushi Dinner brimming with fresh ingredients and Sushimoto’s signature elegance.
Six-Course Menu - $75 per person
Course One
Roasted garlic, shiitake mushroom soup with chive oil, green onions, and crispy shallots.
Course Two
Four-piece Albacore Tuna plate each with a unique topping: Shiso pesto, Meyer lemon and Roche Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Course Three
Five-Piece Sashimi Plate: Tuna, Sea Trout, Hamachi.
Course Four
Lover's roll- Crab, smoked salmon, avocado, Asparagus, daikon sprouts.
Course Five
Pork belly, hoisin, carrot, ginger puree with micro basil.
